The Manor Pool at Black Iron Reserve

Escape the crowds and spend the day poolside at The Manor Pool at Black Iron Reserve. Whether you're looking to cool off with the family, unwind with friends, or simply enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the Texas countryside, our reservation-only pool offers a private, resort-style experience unlike a traditional public pool.

With over 575 square feet of water and attendance limited to 30 guests at any one time, you'll have plenty of room to swim, lounge, and enjoy the day at your own pace.

Session Times

Weekdays & Select Saturdays (Family-Friendly)

☀️ We have a check-in time every hour from 10am until 4pm, for 3 hours each. 

Choose your preferred reservation time - limited to 10 guests per hour so we do not exceed our 30 guest limit at overlap.

Guests are welcome to bring:

• Non-alcoholic beverages

• Small coolers

Please note:

• No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted anywhere on the property.

• No glass containers are permitted anywhere within the pool area.

• Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from The Ironwood Cantina on Sundays only.

• Guests are responsible for bringing their own towels and disposing of all trash before leaving.

Safety Information

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

All guests swim at their own risk. A signed liability waiver is required for every guest prior to entering the pool area. Guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver on their behalf.

Pool Rules

• No diving.

• No running or horseplay.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Please be respectful of fellow guests and the property.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.

• Black Iron Reserve reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests for violating property rules without refund.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start of your session, subject to availability.

If Black Iron Reserve cancels a session due to severe weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons, guests will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

About the Pool

The Manor Pool is designed for both swimming and socializing, offering more than 575 square feet of water. The main pool measures 16 feet by 24 feet with a comfortable 4½-foot depth, making it ideal for swimming, floating, or simply cooling off on a warm Texas day.

Surrounding the entire perimeter of the pool is a 2-foot-wide underwater seating ledge, creating plenty of space to relax, visit with friends, or keep an eye on the kids—all while staying comfortably in the water.

Along one side, a shaded in-water alcove features three built-in concrete bar stools beneath a steel awning, offering a one-of-a-kind gathering spot where you can enjoy a cold drink or great conversation without ever leaving the pool.

Separated by a decorative steel water and fire feature (displayed during private events and turned off during public pool sessions), the oversized 16-foot by 12-foot tanning ledge provides nearly 200 square feet of shallow water at just 10 inches deep. It's the perfect place to lounge in the sun, supervise little ones, or unwind with your feet in the water.

Unlike a crowded public pool, The Manor Pool is intentionally private and reservation-only. Capacity is limited to just 30 guests per session, giving you plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy a slower pace. Whether you're escaping for a quiet afternoon or celebrating with family and friends, it's a place where you can truly unwind.
